Next steps

After purchase and payment validation, you'll automatically receive an email with a link to the appointment booking platform. There, you’ll be able to see all available time slots and book your video call with me (*If you don’t see any available slots that work for you, please email me at soytravelercontent@gmail.com so we can find a solution and adjust our schedules accordingly).

Once your slot is already bookeed, you’ll receive 2 new emails:

• One from Appointlet, with your appointment confirmation
• Another one with the Google Meets link. You’ll need this link to join the video call at the date and time you booked.

Terms of Service

Disclaimer: payment for consultations are based on time and time alone. Client is responsible for any questions asked, etc. to ensure they achieve desired use of time. Soytraveler will strive to provide requested information, but makes no guarantees that a complete solution will be reached in one scheduled meeting.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Rescheduling: Once your purchase is confirmed and a time slot is booked, you may reschedule the video call up to 2 hours before the initial appointment. Please email me at soytravelercontent@gmail.com to adjust your appointment.
2. Non-Refundable: Cancellations are non-refundable, as you have the option to reschedule to a more convenient time if needed.
3. Missed Appointments: If you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the call will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.
